cancellation policy
Delegate Cancellations: Cancellations for delegate places received in writing before 16 October 2009 will
receive a 100% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations received on or before 16th October, although
substitutions can be made up to one week before the conference.
Accommodation Cancellations: Cancellations for accommodation must be made in writing on or before
30 September for a full refund. There will be no refund for accommodation cancellations received after
30 September, unless we are able to resell your room.
