networking opportunities

We are aiming this day at the local MHC Programme Managers and Service Improvement Managers. As the game is still in the final stages of development – we wanted to pilot this on a group of critical friends. We also thought you might value the opportunity to come together nationally with your colleagues – and we reckon the intensity of the game might help you get to know each other better! It also gives you the chance to see whether it is something you might want us to deliver locally as part of your improvement work. Finally, we understand that a number of you have asked for additional training around DCAQ and flow – and we hope this will help meet some of your own development needs.

cancellation policy

Confirmation details will be issued 7-10 days before the event. SHSCEvents cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of registration information. If you have not heard from us 7 days prior to the conference, please contact us on 0131 275 7751. Many of the events that the Improvement and Support Team provide are oversubscribed and we actively manage waiting lists to ensure that we use all the capacity that we have available. We understand that due to the nature of health service work things can happen unexpectedly, so we ask that staff cancel in time for us to reallocate places to people on the waiting list. The Improvement and Support Team are now placing a 48 hour cancellation rule on all of their training and development events. Failure to notify SHSCEvents within the aforementioned timescale will result in a £50 administrative fee being applied.
