Confirmation details will be issued 7-10 days before the event. SHSCEvents cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of registration information. If you have not heard from us 7 days prior to the conference, please contact us on 0131 275 7461. We understand that due to the nature of health service work things can happen unexpectedly, so we ask that staff cancel in time for us to reallocate places to people on the waiting list. SHSCEvents are now placing a 48 hour cancellation rule on all of their training and development events. Failure to notify SHSCEvents in writing within the aforementioned timescale will result in a £50 administrative fee being applied.
