Many of the events that the Improvement and Support Team provide are oversubscribed and we actively manage waiting lists to ensure that we use all the capacity that we have available. We understand that due to the nature of health service work things can happen unexpectedly, so we ask that staff cancel in time for us to reallocate places to people on the waiting list. The Improvement and Support Team are now placing a 48 hour cancellation rule on all of their training and development events. Failure to notify SHSCEvents within the aforementioned timescale will result in a £50 administrative fee being applied.
